- Build a new portfolio base in Business Area (according to Region and Business area).
- Implement an effective marketing plan for the sale and rental of portfolios
- Building a database of sellers and buyers, continuously increasing the number
- To prepare the necessary offer base for the buying clients, to show suitable portfolios
- Continuously increase the number of customers, focusing on customer satisfaction
